The Children's Therapy Center, Inc., (TCTCI) is looking for a dynamic person to join their administrative team and make a difference in the lives of children/families in the Clear Lake area.

The Children's Therapy Center, Inc. is an elite progressive pediatric therapy clinic and has been in business for over 29 years.

The "Intake Coordinator" position includes the following responsibilities: inputing and organizing client packets, management and scheduling of new clients, insurance verification/authorizations, follow-up insurance calls, providing basic information about the clinic to potential clients, perform office clerical tasks and crossover with checking in/out clients, scheduling, and assisting with special project as needed.

Educational Qualifications:
High School Diploma or 2-year office degree and knowledge in business and administrative skills.


Hours:
Monday-Friday: 35-40 hour workweek.

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
