About the Role
Fuku is looking for experienced concessions supervisors to oversee scheduled shifts at the U.S. Open.


Responsibilities include:

  • Fill out prep lists and order guides for the following day
  • Manage the clock in sheet for all employees and provide that sheet to the corporate team daily
  • Receive and process food and dry good deliveries
  • Assist and supervise cleaning, setup, and breakdown of stations
  • Manage the flow of service, assign team members to stations, communicate with Gigsmart for team member absences
  • Provide training to BOH/FOH team members; hand out uniforms, explain the menu and flow of service
  • Responsible for preshift inventory count as well as closing inventory count and report to the appropriate personnel.
  • Report updates to Fuku Management Team and onsite Levy Personnel.
  • Uphold the highest quality of food preparation at all times.
  • Be a brand ambassador for Fuku at all times during the shift
  • Jumping in to help prepping, assembling, and cooking all food products as needed
  • Communicate effectively with other stand leads and corporate team

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in food service management, preferably in a fast paced concession or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and make quick decisions
  • Proficiency in inventory control and ordering processes
  • Familiarity with kitchen management and restaurant operations
  • Shift management experience to ensure smooth operations
