European Homecare GmbH is a social service company that has been providing services on behalf of the public sector for over 30 years in currently around 100 facilities nationwide with a total of approximately employees in the areas of care, accommodation, and support for asylum seekers and homeless people.

To support our team at our facility in Zwickau, we are currently looking for a full-time Social Care Worker (m/f/d).

Social Care Worker (m/f/d) in Zwickau Are you communicative, reliable, and enjoy working with people from different nationalities? Then the following tasks await you:

In your role, you will support the facility management in organizing the accommodation of asylum seekers, taking into account social aspects and legal regulations.

You will provide assistance with the basic material needs and security of asylum seekers and act as a contact person in all areas of life.

You will treat our residents with respect and have a strong intercultural understanding.


Our requirements:
Education in a social profession (e.g.

educator, caregiver) and/or at least 3 years of practical experience in social counseling and/or care with corresponding social skills Experience in dealing with multicultural personalities would be desirable High social competence, strong communication skills, resilience, conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, and intercultural understanding In addition to German, you speak at least one other language (e.g.

English, French, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Spanish, etc.) A clean extended police
