Description

We are looking for you as a shift leader (m/f/d) for our gas station at the Rhön Ost rest stop, starting immediately and on a permanent basis in full-time.

As a shift leader, we entrust you with the following tasks:

You will be in close contact with our guests when selling food, specialty coffees, and beverages.
During your shift, you will take responsibility for the operational restaurant business.
As the right hand of the team leader, you will ensure compliance with our quality standards, conduct inventories, and be available to listen to your employees.
You will also monitor billing and cash handling.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous experience in retail or system gastronomy is the foundation for your career with us.
A first aid training is also highly appreciated.
You should have basic PC skills for working with our time tracking system and cash reconciliation.
