M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties include the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Collect formal service requests and record the information accurately and promptly in the database.
Locate, qualify, and select vendors to provide efficient home warranty services to our customers.
Serve as the liaison between customers, manufacturers, and contractors to drive positive customer service results.
File and maintain communications and records which can be shared effectively with other team members as needed.
Prepare check requests for vendors, contractors, and customers.
Receive payment and record receipts for services to provide accurate details to the accounting department.
Create and send "Welcome" packets to new customers to outline the service process and expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
Two years of administrative and/or home building industry experience preferred.
Proven customer service experience with strong phone skills related to problem resolution.
Must be organized, detail oriented, and a strong communicator.
Intermediate mastery of Microsoft Office Suite product. (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
Great at multitasking and seeing multiple projects to completion simultaneously.
Strong time management skills; exemplary record of attendance and punctuality.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
