    Do you love everything about the bicycle industry? Are you currently immersed in the Outdoor Retail world but have aspirations to align with a well-established brand in the field? Here is your chance! We are on a growth trajectory and we are in need

    We are on the lookout for a Sales Associate to become part of our team. Your role will involve not just generating revenue but also nurturing connections with customers who share our enthusiasm for cycling. Our emphasis is on fostering lasting relationships

    Responsibilities:

    • Add positivity and dynamism to the team atmosphere
    • Feel genuine excitement about high-quality cycling gear, and convey that excitement to others
    • Promote and market the company's products and services to both new and existing customers
    • Come cycling with us (and our customers!)
    • Follow up with customers diligently
    • Address and rectify customer inquiries and issues both in-store and online
    • Maintain a schedule for customer follow-ups and interactions
    • Collaborate closely with team members to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction

    ​Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
    • Basic comprehension of Social Media operations (expertise not mandatory, but a good grasp is essential)
    • Ability to establish strong connections with clients
    • Proficiency in multitasking
    • Must have a fondness for dogs
