Westaff is looking for a 1st shift Micro Electronics Assembler in Tynsboro, Ma for immediate hire


Payrate:
$19-22/hour DOE

Shift:
Monday-Friday 7am-330pm(flexible 8 hour shift schedule between 6am-430pm)

Work location:
Tynsgboro, Ma


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Using semiautomated manufacturing equipment
  • Manipultion of fine wire coils using tweezers while under a microscope.
  • Works with hand tools, epoxies and chemical solvents to assemble micro sized components.
  • Self monitoring of workmanship.
  • Maintains travelers, logs andd paperwork to track production progress and time.

Qualifications:

  • 2 yeas minimum experience in a manufacturing envrionment.
  • Fine motor skills & good handeye coordination.
  • Proficient with the use of tweezers and other small hand tools.
  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous microelectronics or small parts manufacturing experience a PLUS.
