- Maintain details and databases to ensure licenses are renewed on a timely basis.
- Ensure contracted agents are in compliance with required training, including product training and state mandated training(s).
- Communicate with agents regarding contracts, changes, and requests information to maintain compliance with licensing requirements.
- Maintain and process state licensing, appointment renewals and terminations.
- Work with external vendor software to track training requirements.
- Maintain agent documents in internal systems.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills for sharing appropriate information with agents and vendors.
- Insurance licensing knowledge a plus.
- Some college, Associate's Degree or two years of insurance industry experience.
