    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for facilitating the processing of agents' licenses by organizing, compiling data and submitting required forms and information on a timely basis with various state insurance departments.

    Essential Functions
    • Maintain details and databases to ensure licenses are renewed on a timely basis.
    • Ensure contracted agents are in compliance with required training, including product training and state mandated training(s).
    • Communicate with agents regarding contracts, changes, and requests information to maintain compliance with licensing requirements.
    • Maintain and process state licensing, appointment renewals and terminations.
    • Work with external vendor software to track training requirements.
    • Maintain agent documents in internal systems.
    Position Requirements

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Effective communication skills for sharing appropriate information with agents and vendors.
    • Insurance licensing knowledge a plus.
    Education & Experience
    • Some college, Associate's Degree or two years of insurance industry experience.
