- Minimum 5+ years' experience of upper management experience.
- Capable of managing multiple project managers and estimators.
- Capable of understanding P&L's and managing the financials for the electrical division.
- Capable of reviewing electrical estimates for accuracy and quality.
- Good customer relations skills.
- Capable of assisting customers with project-related issues.
- Ensure safe work practices are upheld by Project Managers and Field Personnel.
