Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Estimating using xactimate platform
• Dealing with insurance and field adjusters
• Manage the jobs from start to the end
• Deal with and select subcontractors
• Client relationships and being able to handle change orders and extra work for clients

- being able to travel to other states for annual conference
- adjust hours during the day to keep score and insurance deadlines in contractor connection
- contact clients when claim request to set inspections and final walkthroughs and get completion signed forms


Qualifications_**:
_

• Bachelor's degree in Construction management (Not a requirement if relevant experience is listed)
• Proven experience in residential project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the insurance claims field, in terms of managing residential construction projects.

Pay:
$52, $62,751.27 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Chantilly, VA: Relocate before starting work (required)
