Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Degree, preferred.
Licensed RN currently registered to practice in the State of Connecticut.
Psychiatric nursing experience with acute care, dual disorder and eating disorder population.
IV administration experience required.

An RN at Silver Hill Hospital is responsible for the following tasks and duties:

The assessment of patients throughout hospitalization.
The identification of patient problems.
Participating in the plan of care.
Implementing and evaluating the interventions to meet the patient's needs.
Providing and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
