• RN License
• CPR/First AID
• Experience working in ADHC preferred but not a must
• Duties include but are not limited to:
• Conduct initial assessments/reassessments every six months
• Complete Quarterly reports, flow sheets (Monitor LVN/CNA documentation)
• Administer medications/Monitor selfadministration of medications to participants
• Supervise LVN/CNA
• Conduct Staff/Participant In Service on nursing related topics
• Attend monthly MDT meetings
• Other duties as assigned by PD, or Administrator

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Associate (preferred)

• RN License
