Our client is an internationally operating company in the automotive industry and is currently looking for a Controller (m/w/d) to join their team in Ranchos de Taos, NM.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in budget planning and monitoring
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Conducting targetactual comparisons of key performance indicators
  • Creating and monitoring the plant scorecard and identifying potential for improvement
  • Timely preparation of regular reports
  • Participation in and execution of special analyses on profitability and cost development
  • Compliance with and further development of controlling standards
  • Tracking of CIP measures in the SPRINT tool and driving the process within the focus factories

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education or completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in controlling, ideally in plant controlling
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (FI, CO)
  • Strong affinity for numbers and analytical skills
  • Independent and resultsoriented work style
  • Proactive, flexible, and resilient
  • Strong team and communication skills
