Job Title Maintenance Tech Non-CertifiedHours Monday- Sunday: Days and hours may vary. Pay Range $20-$23: Pay based on experience and property needs.

Job Description As a maintenance technician you are responsible for the repair and upkeep of the apartment community you work in.

Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks that do not require specialized training.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete common apartment service requests efficiently.
Preferred experience in light plumbing and electrical work.
Perform tasks like changing locks, light bulbs, and appliance installation and repair.
Conduct exterior and interior painting, light drywall repair, and other maintenance tasks.
Handle pressure washing, groundskeeping, and more

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation to and from work.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team player attitude.
Willingness to assist with community projects and take direction.
Basic hand tools are a must, and power tools are a plus.
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
Friendly and customer-oriented approach to co-workers and residents.
