WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (M/F/D) TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME, PERMANENT) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsibility for the employee lifecycle of 260 employees * Personnel development and controlling * Optimization, further development, and implementation of digital HR processes * Conflict management and resolution of personnel-related issues * Collaboration with the works council, negotiation of works agreements * Consulting and support for organizational units, managers, and the management board in personnel matters
