The Senior Director of Service Operations is responsible for the strategic planning and direction of operations management, safety, materials, logistics, distribution, quality,service,
engineering
and training organizations of the US and Global locations within Service Operations.
This position is also directly accountable for the US Service revenue attainment.
- Has leadership accountability for the performance of global Service operations,
optimizing service levels,
asset utilization,
total costs
,
and business risk. - Conducts strategic planning,
- |development|execution|of U.S.|International|Service operations initiatives to meet business objectives.It understands and stays current on appropriate legal and regulatory boundaries in areas such as environmental international MDR requirements trade transportation regulations establish processes controls ensure compliance.Builds improves key business relationships within outside organization cross functional management network inventory performance oversight third party international organizations utilized service devices fulfill orders.Demonstrates continuous effort improve operations decrease production costs minimize inventory work process streamline cooperatively jointly other ZOLL departments Accountable creating safety culture implementing standards improving ergonomics escalating events promoting hazard identification problem solving production team level.Leading sustainability efforts developing metrics setting objectives educating stakeholders identifying opportunities recycling reuse energy reduction forward looking plans country specific needs roadmap alignment corporate sustainability initiatives.Achieves operational financial objectives establishing strategic annual operating budgets conducting reviews performance preparing completing action plans managing employee performance defining resolving problems conducting audits identifying trends determining system improvements implementing changes.Accomplishes human resource objectives recruiting selecting orienting training developing coaching disciplining employees communicating job expectations planning monitoring appraising reviewing contributions planning reviewing compensation actions.Improves knowledge participating educational opportunities reading professional publications participating professional organizations.Strong track record delivering results.Excellent negotiation communication analysis skills exceptional attention detail.Strong ability develop justify communicate strategic vision execute complex plan various departments parties agencies.Travel Requirements
