We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team.


As a
Discharge Patient Room Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining
cleanliness and sanitation standards in the
Patients Rooms.



Hours consist of Monday through Friday 5pm - 130am

$16 an hour - Temporary Full Time 90 days probationary period to regular Full Time Employee with benefits after 90 days. Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities:


  • Perform general cleaning duties, including prepping the patient room, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with OSHA guidelines
  • Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all areas
  • Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors
  • Adhere to infection control protocols in healthcare settings
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks

Skills:


  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or environmental services preferred
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and OSHA guidelines
  • Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

From $16.00 per hour
