Gnadenhof - Animal Sanctuary - Life Farm

Since 2008, sick, abused, poorly kept, and elderly animals, primarily equines, have found a beautiful place at Hofgut Braunenberg and are cared for and medically treated there until their passing.

The farm includes modern, spacious stables, 120 hectares of land, and currently 65 animals. A team of 8 employees professionally and lovingly cares for the animals.

Your role as farm manager:

Your responsibilities as farm manager include, in collaboration and consultation with the farm owners, primarily:

the humane treatment of animals (horses, ponies, donkeys) in accordance with animal welfare standards,
the respectful leadership of the team, and
the reliable and competent management of the farm.

What you should bring:

As farm manager, you should have:

several years of relevant work experience, ideally in horse husbandry and/or agriculture,
leadership qualities,
a sense of animal welfare, and
good instincts and skills in handling horses/equines.
