- General inpatient responsibilities include overnight admissions including supervision of residents, students and Advanced Practice Providers, cross cover of hospitalist patients and emergency response and Code Blue attendance.
- Subspecialty responsibilities include overnight admissions and cross cover of patients admitted to selected subspecialty services including Hematology/Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Gastroenterology and Pulmonary. Board certified or eligible in General Pediatrics. Experience with lumbar puncture, patients with medical complexity and progressive level acuity is necessary
- Experience in inpatient pediatric medicine is preferred, open to new graduates

Atrium Health Levine Children's is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Hospital Medicine Physician to join their team of 75 + providers serving 5 Pediatric Inpatient locations in the greater Charlotte area.
Join our dynamic team, working at the region's leading quaternary Children's Hospital equipped with a robust pediatric hospital medicine program and a full spectrum of nationally ranked pediatric specialties.
This nocturnist position is split between coverage of our general inpatient teams as well as our subspecialty nocturnist service which works closely with our hematology/oncology, blood and marrow transplantation, gastroenterology, and pulmonary medicine teams providing overnight coverage.
Schedule includes 11 night shifts per month split between the general inpatient and subspecialty nocturnist services. Shifts run from 7pm to 8am (sign out is at 7am)
