With approximately 240 employees, the company provides comprehensive support to its clients in the DACH region. Due to continuous expansion, we are looking for support for the HR department at the Holzkirchen location.

This means we support the company in the search process, and you will receive a permanent employment contract directly from our client.

Your future responsibilities:

You will be at the forefront of HR support and administration
This includes organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, from creating employment contracts to issuing work certificates, processing vacation requests and sick leave, and more
You will also support your colleagues in recruiting and maintain contact with HR service providers
Lastly, you may also take on general administrative tasks or assist with travel bookings
