Compensation:

$20 per hour+

Company 401k and health insurance. Eligible for discretionary bonus


Hours:
Full time - generally 8 am to 5 pm.

Location:500 Park Ave, Ste 114, Lake Villa, IL 60046


Company Overview:

Our clients create alternative investment funds that outsource their investor services back office to the Company.

Great Lakes Fund Solutions uses its staff and proprietary software to provide investor services to 45+ clients, 230+ investment programs, scores of financial advisors, and the owners of over 70,000 individual investments, representing assets capital raised of approximately $6 billion.

The Company is a transfer agent, registered with and regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Our staff uses our internally developed, web-based software to fulfill sales literature orders, process investor subscriptions, calculate commission payments to advisors, and provide web access to investors and their financial advisors.

The treasury services that we provide relate to closing on the initial incoming investment and processing outgoing periodic investor distributions.

We regularly reconcile the bank accounts used in performing the treasury services.


Job Summary:

• Learn all activities of our investment servicing operation.
• Data Entry: Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, address changes and other modifications to our database.
• Use our internally developed software to retrieve information and perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual recordkeeping functions. Take calls to help the investors and their financial advisors.
• Collaborate with clients and coworkers to solve problems and plan solutions to improve communications with investors, financial advisors, broker, and fund sponsors involved with the sales and creation of the investment program.

Credentials and Experience:

• We are looking for a highly organized, meticulous individual who enjoys working with people and discovering ways to improve service quality.
• Education: High School Diploma. Higher coursework a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Financial services industry knowledge or job experience is a plus

From $20.00 per hour
