- Assists in communicating benefits, payroll, and HRIS information and interpreting people and culture policies and procedures.
- Tracks incoming inquiries, recognizes patterns and communicates patterns to subject matter expert for next steps.
- Assists people and culture team with data entry for company's onboarding process.
- Support Experience Specialist team with the onboarding process outlined below:
- Work with Experience Specialist to gather details from hiring manager for job postings and send to Recruiting team to post the requisition.
- Work with Experience Specialist to gather details to create and/or edit offer letters for candidates.
- Disposition candidates to external hire and enter in job data information.
- Manage candidates in the onboarding system to ensure they have been sent the new hire paperwork.
- Create orders for background checks.
- Monitor progress of candidate's background checks against their new hire date and work with manager if changes are needed.
- Assist candidates and hiring manager with any issues that arise with the background check and be the liaison between company and Sterling, the background check Vendor to resolve the issues.
- Communicate next steps throughout process to the candidate, hiring manager, and experience specialist team.
