- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support for clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and laundry
- Escort clients to appointments and activities
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to the appropriate parties
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) certification is highly preferred
- Previous experience working as a caregiver or in a similar healthcare role
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different situations and provide quality care to clients
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
