Job Summary:
Make a difference as a caregiver in Southern Orange County We seek compassionate professionals to provide care and companionship to seniors. Assist with daily activities, transportation, meals and form bonds with clients. All experience levels welcomed - from first-timers to seasoned pros. Join our team to begin a rewarding career in caregiving We service areas such as Orange, Tustin, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, San Juan Capistrano, Coto de Caza, Dana Point and San Clemente
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. OT hours are highly likely

Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompany seniors to appointments and events
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Senior Helpers team
- Adhere to all client care plans and procedures
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Previous experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergencies and difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
