How You Will Contribute

  • Record the daily financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
  • Process and manage supplier and vendor payments.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and administer collections.
  • Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Develop rolling forecasts, develop and monitor budgets, perform variance analysis.
  • Develop strategic plans, evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assists with various audits and compliance efforts.

Experience and Skills:


About YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • 2+ years' experience in daytoday bookkeeping/accounting work.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
