Kinney Lisovicz Reilly & Wolff PC, a prestigious law firm, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Client Contact Data Entry specialist.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in our database.Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting and updating client contact information in the database
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of client data
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in client information
- Performing data quality checks to ensure integrity and consistency
- Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance projects
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative role preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
