    What We Are Looking For

    We are looking for a friendly and energetic candidate with strong organizational and communication skills who wants to be part of a growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Atlanta. This candidate will help with our client The Law Offices of Julian Lewis Sanders & Associates and manage portions of their cases.

    Your efforts will be of significant importance to their team and clients. The position is based in their office located at 3560 Lenox Rd. Atlanta, GA

    At In the Network LLC, we've partnered with The Law Offices of Julian Lewis Sanders & Associates, a top Personal Injury Law Firm in Atlanta. We are hiring the candidate with the right experience and determination for this role.

    Previous experience in legal case management is preferred. Candidates must assist with data entry, manage appointments, and coordinate new client onboarding. We'll provide the training and resources to help you thrive in your role. If you have prior experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel supported
    • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers' schedules organized and grow caseloads
    • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure cases are managed efficiently
    • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
    • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency

    Position Requirements:

    • Experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • CRM and case management software experience a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
    • Previous legal experience a plus

    Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
