Job Overview:
Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities in the market and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to insure timely response to customer RFQ's.
- Provide a positive representation of the company and conduct yourself in a professional manner including appearance and attitude.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills
- General knowlege of sales cycle
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills to close deals successfully.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects effectively.
- Be a team player and help maintain a great and productive work nvironment to keep the business growing.
Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
