To meet our commitment to quality and service in the long term, we are looking for a Trainee (m/f/d) in the commercial field for our AMAG components Overseas location in North Bend, WA.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS A TRAINEE?


Over a period of approximately 18 months, you will work in various roles and gain firsthand experience in different processes, structures, and interfaces (on-the-job training).

This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the interdisciplinary collaboration between various organizational units. The program is complemented by accompanying training courses for your professional and personal development.


YOU HAVE:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in the fields of business administration, with a focus on sales and marketing, supply chain management, or industrial engineering, which you have successfully completed
  • A broad range of interests and enjoy working in a team
  • Excellent English and computer skills
  • Willingness to adapt to change and think "outside the box"
  • Structured work style and strong analytical thinking skills
  • First professional experience and/or international experience is an advantage (e.g. studying abroad, internship)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and work in Karlsruhe and/or Ranshofen (Austria)
Personally, you convince with your precise and independent work style and a strong technical understanding.
