Your Role:

Ensuring accurate setup, application, and execution of customer deployment data;
Maintaining and correcting data configurations for all customers;
Analyzing and addressing customer inquiries in collaboration with technical teams;
Serving as the main technical point of contact for our customers.

Our TECH STACK: Languages: Bash, SQL, RegEx Tools & Frameworks: ClickHouse (SQL-based DBMS), GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Service Desk

Your Qualifications:

Strong programming skills, particularly in bash;
Experience with command-line interfaces;
Familiarity with Continuous Integration and tools like GitLab;
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner for customers;
Desire to learn about Internet traffic operations.
