- Managing ServiceNow Platform Administrator functions
- Administering and maintaining ServiceNow for environments similar in size, scope, and complexity as USSS
- Troubleshooting ServiceNow and offering product support
- Handling daily or ad-hoc tasks related to overseeing an enterprise application, such as user accounts administration, groups, roles, data management, and service catalog items
- Creating dashboards, reports, charts, graphs, and record lists
- Administering and maintaining all additional technologies essential for operating ServiceNow, including Linux and Windows Server OS, enterprise-grade databases like Oracle or SQL Server, and other necessary technologies for ServiceNow operation
- Bachelor's degree with 16 years' experience, Master's degree with 14 years' experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 20 years' relevant experience

Citizen with an active Secret clearance - Expertise in IT system architecture, engineering, integration, and working in a team on ServiceNow deployment and O&M
