    Description
    Formal Job Title: Technical Lead
    Terms: 6+ Month Contract
    Interview Process: Video
    Status: GC,USC,GC-EAD,H4-EAD and OPT-AED
    Work schedule details: 100% remote (project will sit in EST)

    Must have active LinkedIn profile with picture on it.

    Please make sure that they are in a Lead role supporting the application specifically, this will be completely separate from developing salesforce applications and Salesforce developers. They're not the same thing.
    It is very specific in what the manager is needing. He is wanting this person to come from a lead level role, but this candidate needs to have experience with the platform specifically (not general salesforce development).

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide strategic input, suggest alternatives, and guide the team with innovative solutions.
    • Lead developers in quality assurance exercises, ensuring thoroughly tested code before production deployment.
    • Create proof-of-concepts and mockups to test and prove concepts. Able to present POCs and conduct code reviews.
    • Lead design and solution development for assigned stories/work for both onsite and offshore teams. Stay well-connected with the offshore team's codebase to answer design and code review questions.
    • Act as the primary contact point for the IST (Indian Standard Time) team, addressing any questions during agreed upon IST hours.
    Required Skill(s):
    • 7+ years of extensive experience with the platform.
    • Exposure to data cloud technologies.
    • This role involves not just technical proficiency but also leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the ability to guide and mentor development teams.
    • The Technical Lead is expected to contribute not only to the development process but also to the overall strategic direction and quality assurance efforts within the Scrum team.
    • Highly prefers prior experience working for the company
