Management Analyst
Ellumen, named a Top Workplace by the Washington Post, is a small business headquartered in Silver Spring, MD. We provide a broad spectrum of information technology and ancillary services to government and commercial customers. We seek remote Management Analyst to join us in support of a U.S. Customer and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) program.

Required

4+ years of strong BA background
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies (CSM certification preferred).
Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate and share insights with team members and stakeholders
Ability to create, document and execute test cases, test scenarios and test scripts.
Identify, log and analyze defects.
Work independently and as a member of a cross functional team
Collect, synthesize and document requirements following
Experience with Jira, Confluence.
Strong problemsolving skills
Knowledge gathering requirements and documenting user stories, workflows and acceptance.
Experience with software & hardware integrations.
Wiling and Capable of quick learning in a fastpaced changing environment.
Mobile and Web Testing experience.

Tasks include:

Review product artifacts for accuracy, format, spelling, and other issues.
Create technical documentation that communicates complex information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
Review program documentation including management reports and presentations, technical documentation, User Guides, and other artifacts.
Provide minutes for key meetings/calls
Organize and review program artifact repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, Teams) for content and format and useability.
Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and organizational skills.
Able to collaborate with technical and end user resources to create content.
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience with Visio or other software to create org charts or diagrams
Ability to multitask and work tasks without frequent oversight
Participate in Scrum meetings
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

The following experience and expertise are required:

A minimum of five (5) years' experience of management consulting experience in a federal space is required.
Three (3) five (5) years' experience in leading IT project technical writing is required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Must be a US citizen. Clearance required.
