Duties:


  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative staff activities
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage calendars
  • Ensure efficient front desk operations
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting
  • Oversee medical office management tasks if applicable

Skills:


  • Proficient in clerical tasks and office management procedures
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong budgeting and financial management abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with front desk operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
  • Ability to manage schedules effectively
  • Strong administrative capabilities
