    Hours:

    4 days (including weekend coverage) at 10 hours each on-site, from 8 PM to 6 AM.Position ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

    Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
    Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
    Become a product and solutions expert We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
    Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
