What will you do?Become the savior of every feast. But first of all: There is no slaughtering in our markets. However, you will accompany the entire process chain, starting with the dissection of the delivered meat parts. Afterwards, you will continue with the professional processing of the meat pieces that are sold in our service counters. Your tasks also include the production of all imaginable types of sausages as well as ready-to-sell roasts, skewers and other specialties. Quality and hygienic safety play a major role in all production steps and in sales, as well as freshness and reliability - and of course, in our markets, the advice to our customers.
