The Enterprise Global Data Team at Rhenus Group is the master of data with exciting projects throughout the entire company. From daily evaluations for company control to strategic planning, we rely on state-of-the-art technologies. In the cloud and on-premise, we create solutions for our internal clients, including interactive visualizations and machine learning. We approach all of this with creativity and teamwork. Our modern technical multi-cloud infrastructure landscape provides the foundation for our work.

What to expect from us

  • You will work closely with our data team to implement big data use cases.
  • You are not intimidated by large amounts of data from various sources.
  • You bring your experience in the cloud environment (Azure/AWS) and orchestration of distributed services with Kubernetes.
  • You also work with our architects and data engineers to optimize our toolchain and automate our processes and workflows, ensuring smooth operation of our multi-cloud-based data platform.

What you bring to the table

  • You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or a comparable education.
  • You are familiar with our tech stack (AWS, Azure (multi-cloud), Kubernetes, GitOps via ArgoCD, Spark, JupyterHub, Python, Airflow, DataHub) and container build and continuous integration tools (GitLab).
  • You also have strong scripting and automation skills
