- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording all financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, along with other relevant month end/year end tasks
- Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented, and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, month-end periods
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
- Internal Controls: Help establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed, providing financial expertise and support to cross-functional teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles
- CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency using ERP system (preferably Syteline) MS Excel.
