- Conduct thorough patient assessments and address patient needs
- Implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide tailored care based on patient condition and age
- Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation
- Develop and update Interdisciplinary Care Plans for patients
- Perform quality improvement assessments
- Completion of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Active state Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification is a plus
- CRRN certification is desirable
- Minimum of six months' experience in a medical/surgical acute care setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal proficiency
