- Schedule the work of subcontractors and the delivery of materials to ensure that building and site schedules are met, and materials are accounted for.
- Monitor and supervise the work of all employees to ensure their work is of good quality and in accordance with the plans and specifications.
- Monitor compliance to our safety program by all Foxx Construction employees.
- Comply by OSHA standards.
- Maintain daily logs, production reports, and approve all field employee's payroll.
- Oversee the construction of buildings in accordance with the company's plans, specs, and budget.
- Training employees and scheduling the work of subordinates and vendors.
- Maintain the overall professional appearance.
- Requirements are:
- Bachelors or Associates degree (Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree preferred)
- Wants to be a construction hand
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills

FX Facility Group, is a regional provider of construction management services, founded as a subsidiary of d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc. in 1983. One of our first projects was restoring and revitalizing our headquarters, the Goodall Building, located in Downtown Cincinnati's Empowerment Zone, across from the City of Cincinnati's City Hall. From that beginning, we began providing schedule, cost and quality oversight for various construction projects throughout Greater Cincinnati. Foxx Construction has developed specific expertise in managing construction projects related to healthcare facilities and office complex and tower renovations.
Responsibilities for Assistant Superintendent:
Candidates must possess strong construction knowledge, or related, experience.To be successful in this role you must be hard-working, reliable, and responsible with your own transportation.
Compliance with the company's background and drug screening policy is mandatory for all successful applicants.
