Responsibilities:


  • Qualification for timely assumption of production management according to § 12 para. 1 AMWHV
  • Responsibility for all production processes of the product range, including products manufactured by Nestmann on a contract basis
  • Participation in appropriate procurement of raw materials
  • Coordination of pharmacovigilance measures and, after appropriate training, responsibility as the step plan officer according to § 63a AMG
  • Activities in collaboration with the heads of quality control and quality assurance, such as:
  • Planning and implementation of qualifications and validations
  • Review of the effectiveness of the quality management system in the production area
  • Participation in the selection, monitoring, and commissioning of suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • Participation in audits, regulatory inspections, and selfinspections
  • Participation in the identification, evaluation, and initiation of measures for known product risks
  • Review of complaints regarding production, packaging, and storage

Profile:


  • Degree as a pharmacist (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in a GMPregulated environment and relevant knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, such as the AMG and AMWHV
  • Interest and knowledge in the field of herbal/homeopathic medicines and dietary supplements are advantageous
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, good MS Office skills
  • Team player, confident and friendly demeanor, meticulous, reliable, enjoys success, and structured work style
