At our location in Valley Falls, we develop and manufacture components, modules, and devices for the generation, transport, and measurement of light.

Our technical sales team ensures competent advice and support for our customers. The warehouse at our location is responsible for shipping all Thorlabs products within Europe.

Our company is constantly growing - grow with us We are currently looking for a European Technical Administrator (m/f/x) to join our team.

Your responsibilities Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting our European technical support and sales teams in administrative matters Communicating with customers via phone and email in our CRM system Creating quotations for special products Maintaining data for special articles and configurations in our ERP system Processing and coordinating repair, replacement, customer-supplied material, and loan orders Coordinating repair cost estimates and quality management reports between customers and repair sites Coordinating replacement items with manufacturing sites Following up on open RMAs and providing status updates to customers Providing cross-support to customer service representative teams as required Your profile Commercial education or previous experience in a customer support representative role Work experience in a technical field is preferred Ability to provide high-quality customer service via phone and email High level of accuracy and attention to detail
