  • Creating, editing, and tracking offers
  • Corresponding with customers and representatives in German and English; creating and translating texts in both languages
  • Assisting with order processing, tracking commercial activities (contract drafting, invoices, guarantees, etc.) in collaboration with sales engineers and other relevant departments
  • Completing various administrative tasks such as creating and maintaining statistics, filing, scheduling appointments, and organizing events
  • Organizing trade shows and seminars, attending trade shows
  • Preparing for and following up on business trips
What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor of Arts degree or training as a foreign language correspondent (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or an assistant role
  • Experience in handling global orders and knowledge of sales and shipping structures
  • Strong technical understanding
