ELEMENTS MASSAGE SALMON CREEK - we are hiring for Part-time associates

Our Perks:

Starting base pay is $17 - $19 per hour to start depending on experience
Competitive commissions for membership, package, and gift card sales
Team sales bonus potential - because teamwork makes the dream work

(Bonus amounts can add up to make this position much closer to $22 - $23 per hour for our top performers)

We are located in Salmon Creek directly off the 5 freeway and NE 134th for an easy commute.

Our Ask:

Comfortable and motivated with sales we provide training on our proven sales process to sell our Wellness Program, gift cards, upgrades and more
Cultivate lasting relationships with our clientele by creating a safe environment and an excellent experience every time
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Effectively schedule and manage appointments in person and over the phone
Communicate and collaborate with your teammates who all bring a uniqueness to our business
Ability to think critically and creatively problem solve
Help keep our studio sparkling We take pride in our clients consistently providing 5-star reviews for our cleanliness
Bring your positive energy, we like to have fun
