Our staff includes positions such as administration, clinicians, nurses, teachers, case managers, psychiatrists, and direct support providers who work within our 15 facilities to support over 3,000 individuals annually.
We are proud to be part of Vermont Care Partners, a network of sixteen agencies that provide mental health, substance use disorder, and developmental-disability services and supports in every county in Vermont.

Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceThe School Based Clinician will identify the mental health and behavioral needs of students; review referrals of students who need intensive mental health services; conduct crisis and/or risk assessment and response, as needed.
CLINICAL RECORD-KEEPING:
Initiates and maintains, in a timely and thorough manner, the wide variety of record keeping and administrative documentation required to account for services provided to consumers - including, but not limited to, consumer specific assessments, case services, progress notes, time sheets, schedules, billing reports to third party payers and assigned periodic reports
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Attends all UCS and community meetings necessary to promote coordination and communication.
The school-based clinician is required to meet or exceed the billing case rate as defined under the Success Beyond Six contract.
