You will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the CEO, and possibly other members of the C-suite.

You must be assertive, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and have excellent written and oral skills. The Executive Assistant is an individual who wields a great deal of power as the right-hand to the CSuite. You must also be able to maintain a high-level professionalism, decorum, and confidentiality.


What you will be doing:


As executive assistant at American Guard Services, you will be an essential member of our administrative team, collaborating with others to deliver maximum results.


  • Organize and maintain executive calendar
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Record executive meetings
  • Organize and maintain corporate files
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and other internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and board members
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
  • Create and assist with special projects as need and other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
  • 10+ years experience supporting Csuite / executive level person(s)
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of this role
  • Must be a master at Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint (strong presentation capabilities)
  • Strong administrative and office support
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Ability to stay two steps ahead of the CEO, research, learn, and pickup things quickly

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
