Description

• Performs clerical duties and recordkeeping functions to assist the administrative team in meeting the needs of the facility
• Ensure proper procedures and that the confidentiality of facility information and records is always maintained
• Promptly and warmly greets visitors and staff
• Promptly and professionally answer phone calls and directs calls to the appropriate staff member
• Distribute mail (interoffice, courier and regular mail) and coordinate courier pickups
• Provides excellent customer service and general support to our facility
• Conducts and assists with general office work.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Must have excellent communication skills and pay close attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills

• Ability to read, write and follow written and oral directions in English
• Ability to answer the phone, handle heavy phone contact in a pleasant and efficient manner
• Ability to take accurate messages and deliver message to the appropriate staff
• Ability to discern and then maintain confidential information
• Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward the staff, residents, and their support networks
