For our location in Dresden, we are currently seeking a Production Manager (m/f/d).

We, PPS.

Digital Printing GmbH, with our locations in Berlin, Dresden, and Hamburg, offer our customers exclusive services for the production, presentation, and installation of high-quality digital large formats.

The comprehensive product and service portfolio of PPS.

DP includes large format printing, textile printing, fine art prints, cardboard displays, light boxes, graphic frames, as well as services for trade fairs, airports, and museums, including image editing, data management, and installation.


Our focus has always been on the customer, and we put all our energy into developing the best possible solution for their project together.

We are looking for you as our new Production Manager (m/f/d) in Dresden.


Production Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:


  • Managing, ensuring, and controlling the ongoing production operations and timely completion of our products,
  • Continuously optimizing and developing all production and manufacturing processes, as well as our quality management,
  • Digital representation of production processes,
  • Conducting purchasing activities, including negotiations with suppliers and service providers,
  • Managing our machinery,
  • Being the point of contact for sales and providing support for the implementation of complex and timecritical projects,
  • Managing and leading production staff and supervisors,
  • Implementing individual and overall personnel measures in collaboration with the HR department,
  • Creating shift schedules,
  • Developing relevant key figures and deriving measures to maintain an efficient
