Operational Readiness helps general contractors, trade partners, and building owners manage QC and Cx activities and workflows through a single interface.

Our Cx solution provides Cx agents with the best tools to easily document, execute, manage, and deliver Cx projects to building owners, including compiling final project deliverables for turnover.

Both solutions offer the option to update information from the job site with Facility Grid's convenient mobile apps.


Position Description:

This is an exceptional early career growth opportunity.

As an Account Manager, you will become an expert in all aspects of our product, helping clients leverage its features most effectively.

Your focus will be to ensure that the client receives proper training and optimal value from our product. By maintaining close client relationships, you will stay abreast of new developments and selling opportunities within the client company.


You will develop your sales skills through training and mentorship from our sales team, setting you up for success as the Sales Representative for our Cx product.

Your time will be divided approximately 85% account management / 15% sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Facility Grid's Cx accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, success, and retention.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their evolving business requirements.
  • Sell Facility Grid Cx solutions to address those needs.
  • Develop and close inbound web leads.
  • Pursue expansion opportunities and referral business.
  • Contribute to Cx product evolution via the feedback loop with customers.
There is ample opportunity for additional responsibility and growth within this role.


Qualifications:


Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales of SaaS products.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to unfamiliar situations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience delivering product training to users.
  • Construction / commercial real estate sector experience.
