At Learning To Impact, we envision a more just world where people of all backgrounds have equal opportunity for a meaningful and prosperous life.

LTI is a not-for-profit organization that houses the Learning Collaborative Institute (LCI), a provider of capacity-building for collaboratives in the Education sector, consisting of K-12 districts and schools, community colleges, and baccalaureate institutions.

We believe all people have the right to an education that enables them to fulfill their highest potential.

Recipient of California Educational Research Association's Exemplary Research Practice Partnership Award, LCI professionals work to reduce the racial-equity gap for over 150,000 minoritized and low-income students annually.

Our Framework has been described by Peter Taylor, then President of ECMC Foundation, as "the kind of change we need in California" in postsecondary education.

Our work toward building more equitable educational systems equips learners and leaders to implement effective equity and social justice strategies, improving lives today and leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.
